Sip Saam Thai is a great spot for authentic Thai flavors! The boat noodles were rich, savory, but the beef is a bit tough for my liking. The papaya salad had the perfect balance of spicy, sour, salty, and sweet. Friendly staff, great service! Highly recommended!

Omg the food come out hot and delicious. I love the variety of dishes Sip Saam offers. The Tom Ka soup is so addictive. It makes you want to eat more. The desserts are also a hit. So far we’ve had the coconut ice cream with the sticky rice and mango. Perfect combination. We also tried today the fried bananas w / coconut and drizzled honey. Delicious!!⭐️. The service is A #1. Bee and staff are amazing 🤩. People saying that Chokdee got bought out is not by force. It is an agreement between two businesses. It is unfortunate that they agreed on selling their business, but on a positive perspective sometimes you have to move on. There is a Chokdee in Manor. The food is always delicious and Jenn was the best at what she does as a food service manager. Thank you for sharing your kindness and sharing love with Thai food. You will not be forgotten. 🙏💋

Bought Pad See Ew as I used to from Chokdee’s. Almost every component of the dish had greatly reduced in quality. I also ordered a level 8 spice, but it was about the same as a level 1 from Chokdee’s. I understand it’s a different restaurant, but it’s much less affordable and delicious as it once was. If you’re looking for authentic and delicious Thai food, especially if you like spice, look elsewhere.

Ordered Togo and was actually so surprised at how good everything was! Except prik king, it mightve been made w a thickening agent so did not care for that but the papaya salad, coconut soup, beef salad, masaman, larb, was all DELICIOUS.
